Role overview

We’re looking for a creative and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to increase our HR Team.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at , you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talents to our company. Also, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process: from a partnership with hiring managers and understanding their needs to developing a recruitment strategy and its implementation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies for searching and hiring qualified candidates.
• Collaborate with the Sourcing team in spreading sourcing channels’ options.
• Conducting interviews with qualitative assessment of skills.
• Cooperate with hiring managers on interviewing the best fit for each role.
• Prepare reports on recruitment activities.
• Interplay with other team members and departments on new ideas and process improvements.
• Use AI-powered tools to optimize processes and improve output quality.

RequirementsRequirementsExperience:

• At least 3 years of recruitment experience, including working on IT and marketing/sales openings.
• Global recruitment experience, with a focus on Europe; experience with the US market is a big plus.
• Proven experience in closing C-level roles for the company.
• In-depth knowledge of recruitment and sourcing, including various techniques, tools, and channels.
• Data-driven approach, with experience using recruitment ATS systems, task-tracking systems, and reporting tools.
• Proactive attitude toward leveraging AI and automation in day-to-day work.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
