They are looking for an experienced Google Ads specialist who understands how to scale advertising campaigns profitably, manage substantial media budgets, and turn performance data into actionable growth strategies.

Job Summary

We are hiring a Senior Media Buyer / Paid Search & YouTube Specialist to manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns for established e-commerce brands.

You'll take ownership of the day-to-day execution across approximately four client accounts, working with significant advertising budgets and focusing on profitable customer acquisition.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused position for someone who is highly proficient in Google Ads, understands e-commerce unit economics, and can independently launch, test, troubleshoot, and optimize campaigns.

The ideal candidate has experience managing brands spending high five to six figures per month on paid advertising and knows how to drive results beyond surface-level metrics like clicks and impressions.

Key Responsibilities

• Google Ads Management: Execute and optimize campaigns across Google Search, Shopping, Performance Max (PMax), Demand Gen, and YouTube Ads.
• E-commerce Growth: Manage paid media performance with a focus on purchases, customer acquisition cost (CAC), return on ad spend (ROAS), and profitability.
• Campaign Execution: Build, launch, monitor, and continuously improve campaigns across approximately four client accounts.
• Testing & Experimentation: Develop and execute structured testing strategies covering creative assets, audiences, bidding strategies, campaign structures, and landing pages.
• Budget Optimization: Allocate and adjust advertising spend to maximize efficiency, conversion volume, and profitable growth.
• Attribution & Analytics: Analyze performance using Google Ads, GA4, and third-party attribution platforms to inform optimization decisions.
• Performance Reporting: Prepare clear, insightful weekly written performance reports highlighting results, trends, challenges, and next steps.
• Problem-Solving: Identify underperforming campaigns, diagnose performance issues, and implement effective solutions.
• Collaboration: Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders and contribute to performance discussions and growth initiatives.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns for e-commerce businesses.
• Advanced proficiency across Google Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Demand Gen, and YouTube advertising.
• Proven experience working with e-commerce brands spending high five to six figures per month on paid media.
• Demonstrated ability to optimize for purchases, CAC, ROAS, and business profitability rather than traffic or engagement metrics alone.
• Experience managing multiple advertising accounts simultaneously while maintaining high execution standards.
• Familiarity with attribution platforms such as Triple Whale, Northbeam, Rockerbox, or similar solutions.
• Strong analytical skills and confidence interpreting campaign performance, conversion data, and attribution insights.
• Ability to independently manage campaign launches, testing, ongoing optimization, and performance reporting.
• Excellent spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate complex performance insights clearly.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Availability for significant working-hour overlap with the US Eastern time zone.

• Experience with Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM).
