Media Buyer (FB) | Partner Company

We are currently looking for a strong Media Buyer to join our partner company, which is building products in the iGaming vertical. The company is driven by a team of professionals with 10+ years of industry experience, united by one clear goal: to create the best solutions on the market.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Managing large-scale advertising budgets with a focus on performance, profitability, and sustainable scaling.
• Optimizing advertising campaigns across multiple GEOs, adjusting strategies based on market specifics.
• Developing and testing non-standard approaches to generate high-quality traffic.
• Collaborating closely with the team, contributing to knowledge sharing, and supporting team growth and development.

What we’re looking for:

• 1+ years of experience as a Media Buyer in the iGaming industry.
• Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads (Meta).
• Experience managing monthly advertising budgets of $60,000+.
• Strong understanding of key performance marketing metrics.
• Results-oriented mindset with ownership of performance outcomes.
• Willingness to test new angles, creatives, and scaling strategies.
• Experience managing a team of Media Buyers or an established media buying team.
• Experience working across multiple GEOs with the ability to adapt strategies to different market specifics.
• Strong optimization and campaign scaling skills with a proven track record of delivering profitable results.

We’ll definitely be a great match if you:

• Think like an owner and take responsibility for results, not just the process;
• Enjoy building systems from scratch rather than following predefined instructions;
• Are ambitious and see yourself growing into more senior roles in the near future;
• Feel comfortable in a fast-paced environment where flexibility is the norm;
• Value autonomy and independence.

• A transparent bonus program tied to financial KPIs: when the company earns more, you earn more;
• Real growth with us — those who join now get priority for leadership roles as the company scales;
