Mid-level/Senior Account Manager (all genders)

Your role

At FRASER, we combine strategy, creativity and technology to build impactful work for ambitious brands. 

We are looking for a German-speaking Mid–level/Senior Account Manager to join our Account Management team and take ownership of client relationships and projects from briefing through to delivery. 

You’ll be the link between our clients and internal teams, ensuring work is well briefed, organised and delivered to a high standard. 

Your Responsibilities 

• Own day-to-day relationships with assigned clients and act as their main point of contact.
• Lead projects and campaigns from briefing to delivery. 
• Translate client needs into clear briefs for creative, strategy and production teams.
• Coordinate internal teams over different locations, timelines, budgets and deliverables.
• Manage client feedback, expectations and approvals.
• Prepare and lead client meetings, status updates and presentations.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and grow existing accounts.
• Support pitches, new business and account strategies.
• Proactively identify risks and find solutions to keep projects on track. 
• Work closely with Account Directors and senior leadership on key accounts.

Your profile

• 3–6+ years of experience in account management, client services or a similar role, ideally in a creative, digital or advertising agency. 
• Proven experience managing clients and projects independently. 
• Strong understanding of creative agency workflows. 
• Excellent communication, presentation and organisational skills. 
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. 
• Openness to work in an international, multicultural environment 
• Confident, proactive and solution-oriented approach.
• Commercial awareness and understanding of budgets and scope. 
• Fluent (C1-C2) in German and English.
