RLC Outsourcing is a fast-growing HR Outsourcing services provider based in Bangkok, Thailand. We help international companies expand in Thailand by managing compliance, payroll, work permits, and visas for their employees, removing the complexity of setting up a legal entity. As our company has been growing rapidly over the past years, we're developing our marketing organization to better manage sales opportunities and leads.

Responsibilities

• Accounting & Financial Management: Oversee the end-to-end Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) cycles, ensuring high-level accuracy.

• Reporting & Analysis: Produce monthly P&L reporting from Xero and provide deep-dive financial analysis to leadership.

• External Coordination: Manage the external Accounting Provider to ensure monthly cycles work seamlessly and maintain quality control.

• Strategic Advisory: Act as a strategic advisor to the MD on cash flow management and tracking financial goals.

• Compliance: Ensure all financial activities strictly adhere to Thai labor laws and tax regulations (WHT, VAT, etc.).

• Data Security: Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism regarding sensitive company and client data.

• Desirable and Beneficial Knowledge and Experience
• Process Engineering: Identify bottlenecks in current financial workflows and implement automated solutions to increase efficiency.
• Tool Mastery: Leverage knowledge of tools like Xero, Quickbooks and AI-driven automation to reduce manual data entry and human error.
• Standardization: Standardize accounting procedures across the RLC Group to ensure scalability as the company expands.

Requirements

• Experience: 2+ years of progressive experience in accounting, finance or similar.
• Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting, Finance or similar.
• Technical Mastery: Expert proficiency in Xero or similar, MS Excel (advanced macros/modeling).
• Language: Excellent command of English and Thai.
