You will ensure that HR cost data is transparent and reliable, manage the complete processing of assignment-related costs, and play a key role in enhancing our Global Mobility processes. How You’ll Make an Impact

You will act as the HR interface for business and Accounting on topics related to global mobility cost allocation. Proactively manage reporting quality and ensure compliance with company policies and standards. Analyze variances and prepare meaningful reports and decision-making materials for stakeholders. Support cost controlling of our service contracts for the Global Mobility Management (GMM) service provider. Drive projects aimed at optimizing and digitalizing Global Mobility processes.

What You Bring

You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration. You have 3 to 5 years of professional experience in financial controlling, corporate finance, or global mobility finance. You posses SAP and Excel knowledge. AI is a plus. You have proven experience in process setup, financial modeling, and stakeholder management within a multinational organizational structure. You are skilled in financial controlling, analysis, and have a solid understanding of global mobility and tax compliance principles. You are proactive and can work independently. Fluent English knowledge.

About the Team You will be part of the Global Mobility Controlling team in Hungary, which is dedicated to driving financial oversight and process optimization. This team plays a crucial role in supporting the expansion of responsibilities and upcoming global mobility initiatives within Siemens Energy. Together, you will ensure robust financial governance, accurate cost allocation, and alignment with corporate compliance standards, all while fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
