Your mission

• Supporting our on-site project supervision, particularly with regard to the coordination and quality control of the works
• Assisting with the review and coordination of quality and deadlines
• Conducting regular site inspections of the construction works and recording the findings of these inspections
• Documenting the progress of the works
• Contributing to and participating in official inspections and final site inspections

Your profile

• Enrolled on a degree programme specialising in architecture, civil engineering or property management
• Basic knowledge of the construction sector, project phases, and contract and procurement law (HOAI, VOB, AHO)
• A strong communicator and assertive individual with a hands-on approach
• A team player with a goal- and results-oriented working style
• Conscientiousness and technical understanding
