Department Description

The Sales Performance & Incentive Compensation (IC) team at ViiV Healthcare is part of Strategic Operations. It focuses on designing and managing incentive plans that align with business goals, drive field performance, and support operational excellence. The team collaborates cross-functionally to optimize processes and implement best practices across internal and external engagements.

Job Description

• Maintain and enhance manual processes supporting field operations.
• Assist with weekly and quarterly incentive compensation deliverables.
• Apply skills in data management, quality control, analytics, and data visualization (PowerBI or Tableau).
• Collaborate with Performance Engagement Leads across business areas.
• Can be Fully Remote or Hybrid in Durham, NC.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum Qualifications

• Pursuing a BS or MS degree in Computer or Management Information Systems, Business Analytics, or similar disciplines.
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with PowerBI and/or SQL.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to work full-time (35–40 hours/week) throughout the 6 month co-op (January ~ July 2027).
• Must have an active student status and/or within 12 months post-graduation from a BS or MS degree program. Post-doctoral candidates are not eligible.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, especially in simplifying technical concepts.
• Problem-solving & analytical mindset with the ability to tackle diverse challenges.

• While embraces a flexible work environment, we do require certain positions to be onsite. Candidates who are hired for an on-site role or hybrid role, and reside outside of 50-miles from their assigned work location, are eligible for relocation stipend. This is a one-time payment to help offset housing & relocation expenses. Please refer to the position details for the requirements of each position.
