🚀 Hiring: Senior VoIP Engineer

📍 Location: Karachi

💼 Job Type: Full-Time | Onsite/Hybrid

🕐 Shift: US Business Hours

Salary Range: PKR 150,000 – 180,000/month

We are looking for an experienced Technical Support Engineer with strong hands-on experience in VoIP, MSP environments, IT Support, and Networking.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide L1/L2 technical support to international clients

Troubleshoot VoIP, SIP, PBX, and call quality issues

Support 3CX, Asterisk, RingCentral, or similar VoIP platforms

Troubleshoot TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Firewall, and Wi-Fi

Manage and support Microsoft 365, Teams, Exchange Online, OneDrive & SharePoint

Handle Active Directory / Azure AD administration

Monitor client environments using RMM/PSA tools

Document issues, resolutions, and technical procedures

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in Technical Support, IT Support, Help Desk, or MSP environments

Hands-on experience with VoIP and SIP-based technologies

Strong networking and troubleshooting skills

Experience with Microsoft 365 Administration

Knowledge of Active Directory / Azure AD

Experience with ConnectWise, Datto RMM, NinjaOne, Kaseya, or similar tools

Strong communication skills with international clients

Business-fluent English

Availability during US business hours

🎓 Bachelor's degree and certifications such as CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco, or 3CX are a plus.
