Right now, weare looking for a Virtualization Administratorto integrate our Talent team.

Your responsibilities include:

• Deploy, configure, administer, andmaintain VMware vSphere and VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) environments, whilesupporting technologies such as Nutanix, Hyper-V, and OLVM/KVM when required.
  
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimizevirtual infrastructure performance, ensuring high availability and minimalservice disruption.
  
• Perform platform lifecycle management,including patching, upgrades, host maintenance, and configuration changes.
  
• Implement and maintain virtualizationsolutions aligned with security, compliance, and business requirements.
  
• Develop and maintain automation,provisioning, and infrastructure management tools using scripting andInfrastructure as Code practices.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams,stakeholders, and vendors to deliver virtualization projects and operationalimprovements.
  
• Produce and maintain technicaldocumentation, operational procedures, and regular platform health,performance, and capacity reports.
  
• Support continuous improvementinitiatives, proof-of-concept activities, and knowledge sharing across theteam.
  

You must have:

• 5+ years of experiencemanaging and supporting enterprise virtualization platforms.
  
• Hands-on experience withVMware vSphere and VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) administration, deployment,and troubleshooting.
  
• Experience with VCF Operationsand VCF Automation components.
  
• Strong automation andscripting skills using tools such as Python, PowerShell, Terraform, or Ansible.
  
• Practical experience applyingInfrastructure as Code (IaC) principles, particularly with Terraform for VMwareinfrastructure provisioning and management.
  
• Proficiency with Linux andvirtualization command-line tools.
  
• Strong troubleshooting,performance tuning, and infrastructure optimization skills.
  
• Professional proficiency inEnglish.
  

We Value:

• Experience with public cloud platforms and storagetechnologies in virtualized environments.
  
• Knowledge of container technologies such as Docker andKubernetes.
  
• Experience with configuration management tools such asAnsible, Puppet, or Chef.
  
• Familiarity with Continuous Data Protection (CDP)solutions.
  
• Exposure to Nutanix, Hyper-V, or KVM-basedvirtualization platforms.
  
• Knowledge of Spanish.
