Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Coordinator to join our team. As a Virtual Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating various administrative and operational tasks remotely. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage virtual administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing emails, and organizing documents
• Assist with travel arrangements and logistics for clients and team members
• Communicate with clients and team members via phone, email, and other virtual platforms
• Maintain accurate records and databases
• Assist with marketing and social media efforts
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective operations
• Handle any other administrative or operational tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or operational role
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual communication platforms
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Prior experience in the aviation industry is a plus
