The (USA) Manager, Account Strategy leads the development and execution of omnichannel advertising campaigns, translating client marketing objectives into effective media strategies using Walmart Connect’s platforms. This role involves monitoring campaign performance, optimizing delivery against key metrics, and providing strategic insights through data analysis. The manager collaborates cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to ensure campaign success, drives revenue forecasting, and supports continuous improvement initiatives. Strong leadership and consultative skills are essential to guide client onboarding, resolve integration challenges, and present performance recommendations to senior stakeholders.
About the team:
The team serves as a strategic partner, transforming advertiser objectives into data-driven media strategies that deliver measurable outcomes. They develop and activate integrated campaigns across managed and self-service platforms, including search, display, CTV, social, digital OOH, sponsorships, and experiential tactics. Collaborating closely with Sales, Account teams, agencies, and partners, they ensure seamless campaign execution aligned with client goals. By analyzing performance data, the team provides actionable insights to optimize campaigns, drive operational excellence, and support long-term advertiser growth through proactive strategy and quality stewardship.
What you'll do:

• Develop and execute omnichannel advertising campaigns across managed and self-service platforms aligned with client marketing goals.
• Translate client objectives into actionable media strategies using Walmart Connect’s advertising solutions.
• Monitor campaign pacing, performance, and optimization to meet key performance indicators.
• Analyze campaign data and digital metrics to improve effectiveness and recommend structural enhancements.
• Lead client onboarding, troubleshoot ad technology issues, and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams to ensure campaign success.
• Present performance insights and strategic recommendations to clients and senior leadership.

What you'll bring:

• Proven experience in developing and executing omnichannel advertising campaigns with measurable results.
• Strong proficiency in media strategy, campaign management, and advertising strategy.
• Ability to analyze data and digital metrics such as CPM, ROAS, and CTR to optimize campaign performance.
• Expertise in translating client marketing goals into actionable media plans using advanced reporting tools.
• Demonstrated skills in client consultation, onboarding, and resolving integration challenges.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with sales, product, engineering, and analytics teams.
• Effective leadership and mentoring capabilities to develop team performance and engagement.

The annual salary range for this position is $96,000.00 - $186,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
