✅ Location: • Possible start: 22.10 • Remote work for candidates living or relocating within 50 km of Lisbon • Equipment delivered to your home by courier • Work schedule: Monday–Sunday, 07:00–21:00, rotational shifts (full-time: 40h/week, 5 days/week, with 2 rotating days off), including public holidays • Fast and fully online recruitment process

✅ Project: As an Italian Customer Support Advisor, you will support viewers of a leading international streaming platform. You will help customers with account access, subscriptions, application functionality and other service-related questions via phone, chat and social media.

✅ As a Customer Support Advisor you will: • Support customers in Italian via phone, chat and social media • Help viewers with account, subscription and application-related questions • Resolve customer issues clearly and professionally • Provide accurate and timely information • Keep detailed records of customer interactions

✅ Competitive salary and remuneration system: • Base salary: €1,166 gross/month x12 or €1,000 gross/month x14 — you can choose your payment schedule • Performance bonus: up to €100 gross/month • Meal allowance: €7.63 net/day, approximately €167.86 net/month, via meal card Average monthly gross package: €1,166–€1,266 gross/month meal card
