About the Role

We are looking for a Travel Experience Designer to support clients throughout the planning and booking of their vacations. • Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, and messaging platforms in a timely, professional manner.
• Assist clients with designing customized travel experiences, booking changes, cancellations, and special accommodations.
• Provide accurate and current information regarding destinations, attractions, travel requirements, and agency procedures.
• Maintain organized client records and ensure clear communication throughout the planning and booking process.
• Follow up with clients prior to travel and after their trip to confirm details and gather feedback.
• Resolve concerns with empathy, creativity, and effective problem-solving.
