ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities

• Evaluate patients, establish diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Manage medications and monitor treatment response, side effects, and patient safety.
• Educate patients and coordinate appropriate follow-up or referrals.
• Complete clinical documentation promptly and communicate effectively with the care team.
• Follow applicable prescribing requirements and ’s clinical policies.

RequirementsQualifications

• PMHNP with active board certification.
• Active, unrestricted California medical license and active DEA registration.
• Experience treating adult outpatient mental health conditions.
• Sound clinical judgment, effective communication, and comfort delivering care by video.
• Availability for full-time employment and a private workspace with reliable internet.

Additional state licenses and prior telehealth experience are preferred.
