key responsibilities • Spearhead end-to-end payment projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring strict alignment with strategic objectives. • Act as a trusted advisor on market trends, technical shifts, and business growth opportunities. • Bridge the gap between technical developers, business analysts, and stakeholder teams to guarantee smooth project execution. • Track vital compliance and performance metrics, proactively suggesting process enhancements. • Oversee critical milestones and timelines, mitigating risks before they impact delivery.

experience • 3-5 years of relevant experience, ideally focused on payments.

qualifications • 3 to 5 years of proven expertise in the payments sector, particularly concerning card schemes, issuing/acquiring, and transaction lifecycles. • Absolute fluency in both Greek and English. • Strong background in project or program management, specifically within client-facing or consulting environments. • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the capacity to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences. • Advanced proficiency in standard business tools, including Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. • Experience with payments ecosystems and professional project management certifications (such as PMP or PRINCE2) are considered strong advantages.
