The Role

We are seeking a Strategic Account Manager – Integrated Technologies to serve as the primary customer-facing representative for the EMEA region. Reporting directly to the Global Head of Commercial, this remote, South Africa-based role drives sales of ’s technical solutions to mining customers, achieving volume and margin targets while building and maintaining multi-level relationships across existing, past, and prospective accounts.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute regional account plans aligned with ’s global commercial strategy
• Generate new business by identifying and pursuing growth opportunities across the region
• Lead negotiations for new and existing contracts, securing favourable commercial terms
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (technical, R&D, supply chain, legal) to deliver competitive bid proposals
• Manage key corporate customer relationships across existing, past, and prospective accounts
• Provide demand forecasts and market intelligence to inform regional and global planning
• Monitor the regional contract portfolio and drive continuous improvement of contracting processes

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or commercial discipline; a postgraduate qualification (e.g. MBA) is highly regarded
• 15+ years of sales experience, preferably in mining or industrial chemicals
• Demonstrated track record managing high-value regional or multi-country account portfolios
• Deep knowledge of mining technologies including cyanide, leaching, analyzers/sensors, and AI optimisation
• Experience negotiating and managing high-value contracts (greater than $10 million)
• Working knowledge of global trade, export/import, and cross-border regulatory considerations
