Store Manager

He/she is responsible of the general organisation of the point of sale and for ensuring compliance with the internal rules and regulations.

Qualifications

Performance indicators:

• Turnover

• Average total purchase per customer

• Sales index

• Conversion rate

• Shrinkage rate

Practical skills and leadership skills:

• Proficiency in sales techniques, spontaneous approach, generation of additional sales and incentives to return

• The ability to organise a point of sale according to Management strategy and recommendations

• The ability to apply and enforce commercial and managerial methods

Personal skills:

• Well-groomed appearance
