About the role
Remote in Europe, or hybrid in Barcelona, Dublin, London, or Palma.
Want to help build a new kind of engineering team?
At , you'll work across a complex travel marketplace, from pricing and inventory to hotel mapping and booking systems. You'll identify what's limiting performance, decide what needs improving, ship the changes yourself, and see the impact on bookings, market share, and margin.
As one of the first engineers in our new Field Engineering team, you'll work closely with Account Management to tackle the technical challenges behind the growth of our largest enterprise accounts. That might mean optimising pricing to win more hotel bookings without sacrificing margin, improving availability across thousands of properties, or building better recovery mechanisms for failed bookings.
You'll follow problems across the platform rather than staying within one service. When something works, you'll help turn it into a reusable capability across .
You'll build on an approach that's already delivered results for a major partner, bring it to more accounts, and help shape the function from its early days.
What makes it interesting for you
You can ship while it matters. Account-specific changes can go live the same day, and you can immediately track whether the numbers move.
You get the full picture. AMs bring customer context and market-share data; you decide which engineering changes can make the biggest difference.
You'll shape how Field Engineering scales. As an early hire, you'll help develop the playbook, share fixes, and turn repeatable solutions into product capabilities.
Your offer comes with meaningful equity. has grown 10x since 2022, was profitable before raising a $48M Series A led by Accel, and works with companies such as Revolut, Grab, Hopper, Priceline, and Sabre.
The kind of problems you'll work on
Why are we losing bookings to competing suppliers, and what changes to pricing, availability, or mapping would win more without sacrificing margin?
How do we keep a hotel rate shown in search available at that price when the customer books?
How can better prebook and booking recovery mechanisms increase successful transactions?
Which solutions developed for one account should become reusable capabilities across the platform?
