Staff Relations Manager
What you will do
Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this vital role you will be responsible for providing expert employee relations guidance and support to managers and staff across ’s Latin America region and Canada.
Staff Relations is a specialized Human Resources function that partners closely with regional HR Leaders, Business Managers, Compliance, Legal, other HR Centers of Excellence and team members to protect values, investigate potential violations of HR policies, provide practical advice and guidance on coaching staff and managers, and advise on performance and behaviors management, discipline, involuntary terminations, and workplace accommodations.

We are all different, yet we all use our unique contributions to serve patients. The Staff Relations Manager we seek is a professional with these qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
Master’s degree and 2 years of Employee Relations experience
Or
Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of Employee Relations experience
Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish with excellent written and oral communication skills
