The Opportunity:

We are currently seeking a Sr. Bridge Project Manager to join our Massachusetts team.

In this role, you will lead the delivery of bridge and structural transportation projects from planning and design through final completion. You will provide technical and project leadership, manage multidisciplinary teams, maintain strong client relationships, and help expand ’s bridge practice throughout Massachusetts and the New England region.

What You’ll Do:

As a Sr. Bridge Project Manager, you will manage bridge and structural projects while serving as a key technical and client-facing leader. You will oversee project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and team coordination while ensuring designs meet applicable standards and client requirements.

You will work closely with clients, transportation agencies, consultants, and internal teams while mentoring engineering staff and supporting business development efforts. This position combines project delivery, technical leadership, client management, and practice growth.
