Experis is recruiting a Source to Pay Specialist (M/F) to join an international company. This is a full-time position, based in Lisbon, under a fully on-site working model.

Responsibilities: • Support end users with invoicing and payment-related queries, ensuring their timely resolution; • Ensure invoicing guidelines are clear, accessible and up to date; • Provide training and guidance to end users on invoicing processes and systems; • Analyze supplier master data and identify data quality issues, errors or missing documentation; • Coordinate with Procurement, suppliers and relevant data owners to resolve supplier set-up issues before invoice payment deadlines; • Support the creation and review of Change Requests, ensuring system configurations are fit for purpose and aligned with the overall Source to Pay strategy; • Prepare reports, dashboards and PowerPoint presentations; • Contribute to the creation and review of internal procedures; • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and deadlines; • Identify opportunities for process improvement and suggest relevant KPIs.

Profile: • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Management or a related field; • Previous administrative experience and/or experience as a document technician; • More than 5 years of professional experience in Accounts Payable, Procurement support or Source to Pay processes, preferably within a Shared Services environment; • Knowledge of Primavera ERP is preferred; • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office; • Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills; • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a multicultural team; • Resilient, proactive and detail-oriented, with a continuous improvement mindset; • Fluent in English, both written and spoken – mandatory.
