*Position & Hours: *Slots attendant

* Flexible hours, This is not your average 9 to 5 role! * Midweek & weekend work available. * Short shifts & long shifts available. * Perfect if you like to avoid long commute times & early mornings.

*Job Summary & Responsibilities*

*Job Goal:*

Our slots attendant is responsible for (but not limited to)

* Ensuring a high level of customer service, helping all members and guests feel entertained and valued. * Providing change to members when needed. * Processing members' payments when they win. * Ensuring all slot machines are in working order and are available for play at all times * Resolving any technical problems with machines as they arise. * Explaining members' rules and providing instructions on how to play. * Maintaining the cleanliness of the games room throughout the day. * Working alongside the venue manager to maximize the financial performance of the business. * Compliance with legal and company guidelines in relation to such areas as health and safety, gaming requirements, etc * Prolonged standing and walking is required. Some bending and stooping is also required.

*Skills*

Accuracy in mental arithmetic

Experience within hospitality or a relevant industry is desired.

Strong customer orientation

Excellent Cash Management

Dynamic, high-energy team player

A mature approach and professional presentation

Job Types: Permanent, Part-time

Pay: €14.15-€16.15 per hour
