Ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations and site safety standards.Conduct regular site inspections and identify potential hazards.Monitor safety during joinery installation, carpentry, and furniture fit-out activities.Conduct toolbox talks and safety inductions for workers.Ensure proper use of PPE and safe operation of tools and equipment.Prepare risk assessments, safety reports, and incident documentation.Monitor housekeeping, work-at-height activities, and fire safety.Report unsafe practices and ensure corrective actions are implemented. Previous experience in HSE within furniture, joinery, or interior fit-out projects.NEBOSH IGC or an equivalent HSE qualification preferred.Knowledge of risk assessments and UAE safety regulations.Good communication and reporting skills.
