Job Description:

is seeking an experienced, commercially minded Senior Solution Engineer to join our U.S. Agriculture team. In this role, you will combine industry knowledge, technical expertise, and consultative selling skills to support complex sales opportunities and help customers realize the value of 's Agriculture solutions.

Working closely with Sales and other commercial teams, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers and prospects, delivering compelling product demonstrations, assessing business requirements, and recommending solutions that address customer challenges.

The ideal candidate is a strong storyteller with exceptional commercial acumen, experience supporting enterprise customers, and the ability to translate complex technical capabilities into meaningful business outcomes.

What You Will Be Responsible For

• Partner with account-assigned sales professionals to advance and close strategic, complex, and technical sales opportunities within 's Agriculture business.
• Leverage in-depth industry, product, and technical knowledge to support sales presentations, product demonstrations, and customer discussions.
• Assess customer business requirements and potential applications of 's products, developing tailored solution recommendations that address specific needs.
• Deliver compelling technical presentations and demonstrations that communicate product capabilities, differentiate 's solutions, and demonstrate customer value.
• Prepare detailed product and solution specifications to support customer implementations, applications, and technical requirements as needed.
• Provide technical consultation to prospective customers and internal commercial teams, including product capability assessments and solution validation.
• Collaborate with Sales and other internal stakeholders to address technical questions, overcome customer objections, and support informed purchasing decisions.
• Drive revenue generation for assigned products by providing the technical expertise necessary to support successful sales outcomes.
• Establish trusted advisor relationships with customers and prospects through consultative engagement, industry insights, and value-based storytelling.

What You Will Bring to the Position

• 5+ years of experience working with enterprise customers in Solution Engineering, pre-sales, technical sales, or solution delivery roles.
• Knowledge of the utilities industry.
• Strong commercial acumen and an understanding of how technical solutions contribute to customer value and revenue growth.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and storytelling skills, with the ability to engage, challenge, and educate customers and prospects through value-based conversations.
• Understanding of the challenges businesses face when adopting SaaS solutions as part of their digital transformation initiatives.
• Ability to translate complex technical capabilities into practical business recommendations.
• Strong consultative approach to customer engagement and the ability to build credibility as a trusted technical advisor.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Sales and internal commercial teams to support complex enterprise sales opportunities.

Compensation

The targeted hiring base pay range for this position is between $93,000 and $123,000. is a pay for performance organization, which means there is the opportunity to advance your compensation with performance over time. The actual base pay offered for this position will be dependent upon many factors, including but not limited to: prior work experience, training/education, transferable skills, business needs, internal equity and applicable laws. The targeted hiring base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for market competitive variable pay and benefits.
