The Web Platform team leads the development of the Shreddit platform, the heart of . We focus on platform-wide architecture, performance optimizations, operational health and upleveling our web developer experience for one of the most trafficked sites on the internet.
With us, you’ll turn ambiguous platform problems into clear designs and ship high‑quality, observable, well‑tested solutions that other teams rely on every day.
You'll drive key platform initiatives, including optimizing Shreddit's global performance, evolving HTML rendering, and enhancing web infrastructure resiliency and scale. You will also boost developer experience through AI tooling, automated workflows, and streamlined CI/CD pipelines.

In addition to base salary, this job is eligible to receive equity in the form of restricted stock units, and depending on the position offered, it may also be eligible to receive a commission.
