Primary Purpose
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for providing overall direction, coordination, execution and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with methodology and goals. This individual leads the delivery team for client projects, oversees project management of assigned department initiatives, and drives best practices with the project delivery within department and via collaboration with Senior Project Managers and leaders across service delivery teams/departments to ensure consistency within practices. Responsibilities include project planning, consulting, managing project resources, project management duties including time management, resource management, client relationship management, and team process leadership. The Senior Project Manager leads a team of project managers, is a trusted advisor for the client projects, and is an internal partner with other department leaders to drive the overall success of our project delivery.

Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $93,000-$105.000 The pay range listed here is what in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening. Actual compensation offers within this range will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business or organizational factors.
This position is also eligible for a bonus.
Also, depending on hire date and subject to applicable eligibility requirements and accrual schedules, new employees in this role receive up to: 9 paid holidays annually; 40 hours of sick time per year based on full-time schedule, and 80 hours of vacation time per year based on full-time schedule (vacation time may be used for sick leave purposes under any applicable state or local sick or safe time law).
