Senior Enterprise Account Manager – Iberia (Spain + Portugal)

Reporting line: Senior Director, Southern Europe

Location: Remote, Spain (Madrid or Barcelona area)

Travel: Up to 60/70% within Spain and Portugal and occasionally across Southern Europe for partner meetings, customer engagements, industry events and internal meetings.

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Enterprise Account Manager
to drive ' growth across Spain and Portugal Industrial Organisations, which will represent approximately 60/70% of the role's focus.

This is a highly commercial role requiring a strong sales mindset, ownership and accountability.

Key responsibilities

• Identifying enterprise business opportunities and overseeing the entire sales cycle through to successful deal closure.
• Meeting annual and quarterly sales targets as agreed upon.
• Creating a robust sales pipeline by qualifying opportunities and providing accurate forecasts.
• Cultivating executive-level relationships with key buyers and influencers and leveraging these connections during the sales process.
• Negotiating business terms with clients to establish mutually beneficial outcomes that form the foundation for enduring partnerships.
• Regularly update the Company CRM with the latest information.
• Regularly update Management about the selling cycle and business opportunities with direct contact and weekly QBR.

What we're looking for

• 10+ years in account management and cybersecurity sales within the OT/ IT industry.

• Spanish native language and fluent in English (Italian is a plus).
• You have a selling proven track record of closing deals.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present in front of large audiences.

• Ability to travel to customers, events, and meetings (estimated 50% travel).

• Experience in selling OT-focused cybersecurity technologies or services to industrial organizations like Manufacturing, Automotive, Pharmaceuticals, Food and beverage, and Critical Infrastructures (knowledge of technologies is a plus).

• Willingness to travel up to 70%.

• Team Player: You collaborate effectively with colleagues, contribute to group efforts, and support the collective goals of the team.
• Love to communicate internally sharing vision and strategies.
