Job Responsibilities

• Define and execute high-level strategies to expand ’s market presence, including identifying new business opportunities, assessing market trends, and creating long-term value for the company.

• Build and nurture strategic relationships with DeFi protocols, dApp developers, financial institutions, and other key stakeholders to enhance 's ecosystem.
• Spearhead ’s entry into new markets by crafting and implementing tailored go-to-market strategies for diverse regions and market segments.
• Lead high-value deal negotiations, close strategic partnerships, and drive sustained revenue growth through innovative business approaches.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is highly preferred.
• 5-8+ years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
• Extensive experience in the fintech, blockchain, or DeFi industry, with a proven ability to close high-value deals and foster long-term partnerships.
• Deep understanding of blockchain technology, the DeFi ecosystem, and liquidity infrastructure, paired with a strong professional network in the space.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
