Why this role exists

's AI platform and its tailor-made solution for Oracle Forms migrations and production support are coming to the US. As our first Senior Account Executive in the US, you open the market: you win our first US customers and shape how we sell here.

What you'll do

• Win our first US enterprise customers for Oracle Forms migration and production support
• Own the full sales cycle, from qualified lead to signed contract
• Build the US pipeline and sales playbook with marketing, partners and our founders
• Work with Presales and Forward Deployed Engineers to grow each account after the first deal

What you bring

• You've sold or delivered Oracle projects, especially Oracle Forms, APEX or EBS. That's our one non-negotiable, and SaaS experience can't replace it
• Ideally you come from Oracle, or from an Oracle practice at a top-tier or boutique consultancy
• You know large consulting or systems-integrator environments, and you can sell a platform-led solution, not just services
• You've closed six-figure, long-cycle enterprise deals, keeping 5-10 stakeholders across IT, procurement and the C-suite moving
• You own a deal end to end: discovery, pipeline, negotiation, and growing the account after the first signature

Nice to have

• Sold migration, modernization or professional services into enterprises
• Partner and channel experience with system integrators or technology alliances
• Sold AI-powered products or developer tools to risk-averse buyers; a network among US enterprises running Oracle Forms

Our compensation takes into account the cost of labor in the different US markets we hire in. Where you land in the range depends on several factors, including location, job-related knowledge, skills and experience.

Pay Range

Base salary: $120,000 - $150,000

On-target earnings (OTE): $240,000 - $300,000
