(RI) is seeking a full-time SEM Coach to join our growing Strategic Energy Management practice. In this role, you'll deliver SEM initiatives and energy reduction measures for industrial and commercial customers on behalf of utility programs. This role blends relationship building, engineering, and project management to cultivate customer engagement, deliver impactful training, and provide excellent service, all while continuously improving our SEM delivery and process.
The SEM Coach will work alongside RI Energy Managers and Engineers. Rather than building an energy management function from the ground up, you'll team with an Energy Manager who knows their customer. They will expect a focused SEM experience to sharpen their existing relationship with structured cohort learning, best practices, and accountability. Success in this role means knowing how to add value alongside an already-capable internal partner, not just how to build capability from scratch.
