Job Description

This is a live coordination role focused on managing caregiver schedules for home care clients in the United States.

You will be responsible for assigning caregivers to clients, handling daily schedule updates, and managing last-minute changes such as cancellations or replacements.

The role requires staying actively engaged throughout your shift, as schedules can change frequently and require immediate action.

This is not a passive administrative role. You will be making real-time coordination decisions that directly affect client care coverage.

Compensation & Benefits

First 30 Days

- Base salary: 70,000 PKR/month

- Attendance bonus: 10,000 PKR/month

- Total: 80,000 PKR/month

After 30 Days

- Base salary increases to 90,000 PKR/month

- Attendance bonus: 10,000 PKR/month

- Weekly performance bonus: 10,000 PKR/week

- Total earning potential: 140,000 PKR/month with perfect attendance and achievement of all weekly performance bonuses

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily caregiver schedules for assigned clients

- Match caregivers to clients based on availability and requirements

- Handle schedule changes, cancellations, and urgent updates

- Arrange replacement caregivers when needed

- Communicate updates with caregivers and clients via calls

- Maintain an updated list of available backup caregivers

- Ensure all client shifts are properly covered

- Keep scheduling records accurate and updated

- Proactively identify and resolve scheduling gaps

Requirements

Must-Have

- Strong spoken and written English (US-based communication)

- Ability to work night shifts (US Eastern Time), 6 days a week

- Strong reliability and consistency in work performance

- Laptop or desktop in good condition

- Stable high-speed internet connection

- Quiet workspace for calls and coordination

Soft Skills

- Clear and confident communication

- Ability to stay calm in fast-changing situations

- Quick thinking and problem-solving ability

- Strong organization and attention to detail

- Ability to work independently

Experience is not required, but strong communication skills and responsibility are important.
