Apply Responsibilities Provide Functional Support Deliver functional support for SAP applications, handle incidents, investigate reported issues, and ensure their timely resolution. Maintain Functional Documentation Create, update, and maintain functional documentation to support system operations, troubleshooting, and ongoing application maintenance. Test System Changes Test system fixes and enhancements, validate results, and ensure changes meet functional requirements before implementation. Monitor Platform Performance Monitor platform performance, including Material Document processing and failed jobs, to identify irregularities and potential operational issues. Investigate and Resolve Issues Analyze system errors, identify root causes, and support smooth SAP operations by coordinating issue resolution and follow-up activities. Requirements SAP Functional or Application Support Experience in SAP Functional Support or SAP Application Support, including handling incidents and supporting day-to-day system operations. SAP MM Knowledge Knowledge of SAP Materials Management (MM) and material management processes, including relevant business flows and system functionality. Incident Management and Troubleshooting Practical experience in incident management, troubleshooting, issue investigation, and coordinating the resolution of functional problems. Testing Experience Experience testing system fixes and enhancements, validating functionality, and verifying that changes work as expected. English Communication Skills Good command of English, with the ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with technical and business stakeholders.
