Sales & Growth Associate

Job Opportunity:

About the Role Recruitment is proud to partner with our client, a high-growth, venture-backed startup that is revolutionizing the U.S. immigration process. Our client's mission is to empower the world's brightest technical talent—including AI researchers, founders, and engineers—by streamlining the complex journey of securing work visas and green cards through a blend of cutting-edge software and expert human support.

As a key member of their growing team, you will be at the forefront of a mission-driven company that is trusted by pioneers at top-tier organizations like Notion, Ramp, Replit, and Vercel. You will help build the infrastructure that allows global talent to move faster and build the future.

What You'll Do

• Strategic Execution: Manage end-to-end processes for high-skilled immigration cases (O-1, EB-1, EB-2 NIW), ensuring a "weeks, not months" delivery standard.
• Customer Excellence: Act as a dedicated partner to world-class technologists and founders, providing white-glove support and clear guidance through stressful legal transitions.
• Product & Operations: Collaborate with the engineering and product teams to refine the software platform, automating manual workflows to enhance the user experience.
• Scale: Help define the "Lighthouse Standard" for quality as the company scales its operations to support hundreds of new customers monthly.

Who You Are

• Experience: 2+ years of experience in high-stakes environments such as high-growth startups, consulting, or specialized legal operations.
• Owner's Mindset: You thrive in ambiguity and are excited to build processes from scratch rather than just following a manual.
• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex information into simple, actionable steps.
• Mission-Driven: You are passionate about the intersection of technology and global talent mobility.

Why Join Our Client?

• Opportunity to work with the most influential founders and engineers in the AI and tech space.
• Competitive salary and meaningful equity in a fast-growing company.
• Remote-first culture with a high-talent density team.
• A chance to solve one of the most significant "bottlenecks" in the global tech ecosystem.
