Our client is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) with experience in B2B outbound prospecting to join their growing sales team. You will play a key role in generating qualified sales opportunities by identifying prospects, conducting outbound outreach, and booking meetings for the Account Executive team. Your work will directly impact pipeline generation and revenue growth by consistently creating new opportunities within the U.S. market.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect into U.S.-based B2B software companies with 50–500 employees through outbound calls, email, and other sales channels.
• Execute high-volume outbound calling campaigns using a parallel dialer to identify and engage qualified prospects.
• Research accounts and contacts to identify relevant decision-makers and tailor outreach based on their business needs.
• Conduct initial qualification conversations to understand prospect needs, establish interest, and determine fit.
• Book qualified meetings for Account Executives and ensure clear handoff of prospect information and context.
• Maintain accurate prospect activity, contact information, and meeting details in Salesforce and other sales tools.
• Use tools such as Outreach, Gong, LeadIQ, Claude, Notion, Google Workspace, and Slack to improve prospecting efficiency and productivity.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in B2B sales development, outbound sales, lead generation, or a similar prospecting-focused role.
• Demonstrated ability to make high volumes of outbound calls and consistently meet activity and meeting-generation targets.
• Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to confidently engage U.S.-based business prospects.
• Fluent English with strong listening, conversational, and professional communication skills.
• Comfortable learning and using sales technologies, CRMs, and prospecting tools.
• Availability to work full U.S. Eastern Time business hours and maintain a reliable home office with high-speed internet, a quiet workspace, and a quality headset.
• Coachable, resilient, competitive, and comfortable working in a metrics-driven sales environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience prospecting or selling into U.S.-based B2B SaaS or technology companies.
• Experience selling to or prospecting Sales, Revenue Operations, or Go-to-Market (GTM) leaders.
• Hands-on experience with parallel dialers such as Nooks, Orum, Salesfinity, or ConnectAndSell.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, LeadIQ, or similar sales technologies.
• Experience using AI tools such as Claude to support research, prospecting, or sales workflows.
• Experience consistently meeting or exceeding outbound activity and qualified-meeting targets.
