That is why we are looking for a proactive and dynamic Online Sales Agent to drive sales in the Hungarian market and strengthen our presence in the region.

Your Responsibilities

- Conducting active sales and contacting both new and existing customers in the Hungarian market through various channels (phone, e-mail, social media, etc.), - Building and implementing effective online sales strategies tailored to customers’ needs, - Presenting and promoting our offer with passion and product knowledge, - Building and maintaining positive, long-term customer relationships, - Expanding your knowledge of products, industry trends, and sales techniques.

What We Expect

- Experience in online sales and willingness to further develop sales skills, - Strong communication skills and the ability to listen and respond to customers’ needs, - Goal-oriented mindset and persistence in achieving results, - Fluency in Hungarian (C1) and Romanian at a communicative level, - English at a minimum B2 level (for communication within the team), - General knowledge of jewelry and gemstones will be a big plus, - High motivation, independence, and openness to new challenges.
