Remote Chief Engineer

Location: Caribbean (Remote) Job Type: Executive | Remote About the Role:

We are seeking a Chief Engineer to direct engineering operations for infrastructure, systems, or product-based projects across the Caribbean.

Responsibilities:

Oversee technical design, implementation, and performance standards

Manage multidisciplinary teams and contractors

Ensure quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and safety

Lead engineering planning, budgeting, and innovation

Requirements:

Bachelors or Masters in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, etc.)

10+ years in engineering leadership Caribbean/regional experience preferred Licensure or PE designation is a plus
