Ready Roles is hiring a Remote Bookkeeper to support U.S.-based businesses with accurate financial reporting, clean books, and strong cost control.

This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in managing financial records with precision. You will help leadership make informed, data-backed decisions by maintaining accurate accounting systems and reports.

We are looking for a long-term team member who wants to grow in financial operations and become a trusted support partner to U.S. clients.

Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts Payable & ReceivableManage vendor bills and client invoices

Track payments and reconcile bank statements

Maintain organized and accurate financial records

Flag discrepancies or duplicate chargesPayroll & Expense Support

Track payroll data using assigned systems

Ensure accurate and timely submissionsMonitor expense reimbursementsMonth-End & ReportingReconcile accounts in QuickBooks OnlinePrepare monthly financial summaries

Identify errors, gaps, or anomalies before final reporting

Financial OrganizationMaintain clean ledgers and documentation

Review recurring expenses and subscriptions

Support cost-efficiency effortsRequirements

Degree passer (Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred)

Proven experience using QuickBooks Online (required)

Minimum 2+ years bookkeeping experienceStrong Excel or Google Sheets skillsHigh attention to detail

Strong written and verbal English communication

Organized and able to manage multiple financial tasks

Based in the Philippines

Reliable laptop/PC and stable internet connection
