role overview

We are looking for an experienced Regional Account Director based in Europe to expand our presence across the EMEA region.

This is a consultative enterprise sales role focused on building long-term customer relationships within the MedTech and Life Sciences industry. You will work closely with our global Sales, Consulting, Product Management, and Customer Success teams to identify opportunities, develop strategic sales initiatives, and successfully deliver business growth.

Success in this role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, strong collaboration skills, and a genuine passion for building business together as one team.

key responsibilites

• Build and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue growth within your assigned territory
• Identify, qualify, and develop enterprise opportunities with MedTech manufacturers, distributors, and healthcare organizations
• Manage the complete enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and closing
• Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders and decision-makers
• Deliver consultative, value-based sales presentations tailored to customer business challenges
• Collaborate closely with Consulting, Product Management, Marketing, Customer Success, and Delivery teams to ensure customer success
• Develop account strategies and long-term growth plans for existing and prospective customers
• Represent mymediset at customer meetings, conferences, and industry events
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM data
• Continuously monitor market developments, competitors, and industry trends

job requirements

• Several years of experience in Enterprise Software Sales or SaaS Sales
• Proven track record of managing complex B2B sales cycles
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to understand customer needs and translate them into business value
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Self-driven, highly organized, and results-oriented
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within an international team
• Strong hunting mentality with a proven ability to identify, pursue, and win new business opportunities
• Experience within the MedTech, Medical Device, Life Sciences, or another regulated industry
• Willingness to travel globally when required
• Fluent English language skills (written and spoken)
