Job Role: Recruiter with French/Italian Job Location: Lodz, Poland Job Type: Fixed term Contract -Hybrid mode (2 workdays from the office per week)

Responsibilities: • JD review and initial intake call with hiring managers per requisitions • Posting jobs on country specific job boards • Sourcing and screening qualified candidates and presenting the candidates for hiring manager review • Interview scheduling of the shortlisted candidates • Timely communication with hiring managers and candidates.

Required skills: • 2-3 year of experience with a variety of proactive sourcing techniques and channels (LinkedIn and job boards) • Engineering and IT positions • Fluent in French (C1 level) OR Italian (C1 level) and English • Experience and knowledge of recruiting for a manufacturing client in Europe • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Experience in HRMS/ERP like (SAP, SuccessFactors, workday etc.) • Good experience on ATS tool such as (Taleo, Bullhorn, Smart Recruiters) and job boards • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)
