Project Manager

Mandatory Requirements:​

• Extensive experience with creating new initiatives/communities from scratch and enjoying doing that
• Project Management Experience: Previous experience of 3-5 years in project management, demonstrating an understanding of project management principles.
• OnlineEvent Experience: Experience in event management, demonstrating the ability to plan, coordinate, and execute online events effectively.

• CRM System Experience: Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, particularly Zoho CRM or similar platforms, would be a plus.
• Proficiency in using iCloud and Google Suite apps, and familiarity with Zoho Suite (desirable: Zoho CRM, doodle, Google Calendar). This includes the ability to navigate and efficiently utilize these applications.
• Experience in the Advertising Industry.

• General Availability:The candidate must have general availability on weekdays between 3 and 6 pm CET. This availability ensures they can attend to routine tasks and communications during these hours.
• Peak Availability (March to June):Between March and June, the candidate should exhibit increased availability to accommodate short-notice task requests. This flexible scheduling is crucial during this period.
• Summit Experience (May):The candidate must be fully available during the 4-day Summit Experience in May. This includes being accessible during official Programme hours and immediately before and after these hours. The specific hours for this event will be communicated closer to the date.
