Project Management Officer (PMO)

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Mid-Level PMO Specialist to join an interesting project in a fully remote setup.

The ideal candidate has previous experience in PMO or project management support activities, with a good understanding of project governance, budget tracking, reporting, and Agile methodologies.

You will work closely with project managers and stakeholders, supporting project planning, monitoring, financial tracking, and reporting activities to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support project planning, coordination, monitoring, and reporting activities.
• Track project budgets, costs, forecasts, and financial performance.
• Monitor project progress, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Support Agile project management activities and related processes.
• Maintain and update project information in Jira and Confluence.
• Use ServiceNow for project-related workflows, requests, and tracking activities.
• Coordinate with project managers, team members, and stakeholders.
• Identify potential risks, issues, and deviations, escalating them when necessary.
• Contribute to improving PMO processes, tools, and reporting standards.

Mandatory Skills & Requirements:

• Previous experience in a PMO, Project Coordinator, or Project Management Support role.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• Experience with project budget tracking, cost monitoring, and financial reporting.
• Good understanding of Agile methodologies and practices.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow.
• Hands-on experience with Jira.
• Experience using Confluence for project documentation and collaboration.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Attention to detail and a structured approach to work.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
