THE ROLE

A promising deposit can still lose investors when no one understands the data. This role sits where geology, storytelling, and project management meet.

You'll take a client's drill results, models, and maps and turn them into interactive 3D stories that investors and stakeholders can explore. Acting as a guide to mining companies, you'll help them decide what matters most in their data and how to present it. You'll run several client projects at once, working with our internal teams and directly with client executives and geologists, keeping timelines on track and making sure every presentation is as clear as it is compelling.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Run multiple client content projects in parallel, from collecting and organizing data files to building projects and creating visualization materials in Present.
• Assign and prioritize work with internal teams.
• Guide clients on what data to show and how to structure their story for investors, throughout the client lifecycle.
• Set project timelines in our project management software and keep clients and Customer Success Managers updated on status.
• Lead content review sessions with clients, document their feedback, and make sure it gets actioned.
• Make timely decisions on issues, and escalate when needed.
• Work with Customer Success Managers on each client's long-term success.
• Build expert knowledge of 's products and of best practices in the mining industry.

MUST-HAVES

• 3+ years delivering software projects for clients, ideally in mining technology.
• Experience in mineral exploration, mining, geology, 3D modelling, or GIS.
• Project management experience, including a track record of managing multiple projects and deadlines at once without dropping details.
• Confidence leading live client sessions over Zoom or Google Meet.
• Clear written and verbal communication with technical specialists and executives alike.
• Strong relationships with clients, built by understanding what they need and finding the right way to deliver it.
• A habit of learning new tools and domains quickly, and of finding creative solutions to problems.

NICE-TO-HAVES

• A Bachelor's degree in Geology, Earth Sciences, GIS, or a related field, or a Bachelor's degree with equivalent experience in geology, mineral exploration, or mining.
• Experience in a fast-moving startup.
• A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• A strong eye for design.
• Fluency in Spanish.
• Experience with a content management system (e.g., WordPress), GIS software (e.g., QGIS), Apple SceneKit, mining software, or 3D modelling tools.

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT

• Full-time, Permanent, Remote work in Canada.
• Compensation: $70,000 to $85,000 CAD per year, based on experience.
• Professional references and completion of a background check will be required for this position.
