Product Designer (UI/UX)

What you'll do

• Own design for defined product areas, including our merchant-facing platform and parts of the consumer experience, from problem framing and user flows to final UI and implementation.
• Pick up design needs from across the business when they come up, from web and campaign pages to visual assets for internal and external use, and bring the same craft to them as to product work.
• Explore several design directions before converging, present them clearly to non-design stakeholders, and drive decisions to closure.
• Design within our design system and contribute to it, working with our Lead Product Designer on component standards and consistency.
• Run lightweight usability testing and use product and funnel data to improve live flows.
• Design flows that are clear and compliant at the same time. In consumer credit, disclosures, consent and application steps have to work for both the customer and the regulator.
• Deliver clean, well-structured handoff and stay involved with developers through implementation and QA.

What we're looking for

• 2–4 years designing shipped web and mobile products; fintech, e-commerce or B2B SaaS a plus.
• Portfolio with 2–3 case studies showing problem, alternatives explored, decision, and outcome.
• Strong Figma skills, including components, variants and auto-layout, and experience working inside an existing design system.
• Clear, confident written and spoken English; comfortable presenting and defending design choices.
• Based in the EU with CET working-hours overlap.

What we offer

• Ownership of real product areas from day one, with a direct line to the COO and short decision paths.
• A small, international team where design has a seat at the table.
• Fully remote work within the EU, with occasional trips to Copenhagen for team gatherings.

How we hire

1. Short intro call (30 min)
2. Portfolio walkthrough with our product team (60 min)
3. Design task, or a deep-dive into one of your past projects
4. Final conversation with our COO
