RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead end-to-end production of TV & digital media content.

- Coordinate with writers, directors, editors, and crew.

- Manage schedules, budgets, and creative quality from concept to cut.

- Supervise live broadcasts and pre-recorded studio segments.

- Develop engaging storylines, scripts, and production workflows.

REQUIREMENTS

- 3+ years of experience in TV, digital media, or video production.

- Bachelor’s degree in Media Studies, Mass Comm, or a related field.

- Strong storytelling, leadership, and project management skills.

- Proficient in pre- and post-production workflows.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, live studio environment.
