As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a motivated freelance consultant based anywhere in Greece to support our expansion and help candidates build successful careers.

Your Responsibilities

• Contact candidates by phone and provide information about available job opportunities (daily target: approximately 80 calls).

• Search job portals, social media, and other online resources to promote our services and attract candidates.

• Publish job advertisements on relevant websites and platforms.

• Assist different groups of job seekers, including unemployed individuals, graduates, and long-term unemployed candidates.

• Handle administrative tasks related to candidate registration and management.

What We Are Looking For

• Native Greek speaker.

• English language proficiency at least at B2 level.

• Previous experience in making phone calls and communicating with clients over the phone.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Self-motivated and results-oriented personality.

• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively while working remotely.

• Previous recruitment, customer service, or sales experience is an advantage but not essential.
