People & Culture Generalist – Czech Republic & Slovakia

At NTT DATA Business Solutions, we are looking for an experienced and hands-on People & Culture Generalist to support our employees and managers and help deliver the local People & Culture agenda in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. This is a broad local role combining employee support, HR administration, recruitment, onboarding/offboarding etc. You will act as a trusted point of contact throughout the employee lifecycle while working closely with our regional People & Culture team and other internal and external stakeholders. Your responsibilities

- Manage HR activities across the employee lifecycle, from hiring and onboarding to employment changes and offboarding.

- Prepare and maintain employment documentation in line with Czech labor law and internal standards.

- Act as a first point of contact for employees and managers on day-to-day HR topics.

- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, performance and other activities for the Czech organization.

- Cooperate with payroll and other internal/external partners, ensuring accurate and timely exchange of HR data.

- Ensure employee data and documentation in HR systems are accurate and up to date.

- Support the local implementation of regional and global People & Culture initiatives.

- Monitor relevant changes in Czech employment legislation.

What you bring

- Previous experience as an HR Generalist, HR Specialist or in a similar broad HR role.

- Experience in HR administration, recruitment, performance management and other HR processes.

- Good practical knowledge of Czech labor law and local HR practices. - A proactive, hands-on approach and ability to work independently. - Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail. - Ability to prepare standard reports and back up your actions with data. - Fluent Czech and good English, both written and spoken. - Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or another HRIS would be an advantage. - Interest in trends in people's area as well as in AI would be appreciated.
