Join BIA as Partnerships Manager (m/f/d)

We’re BIA, a Berlin-based boutique group. A lean team of 10 working with fast-paced clients across Europe: GetYourGuide, LiveEO, Novo Nordisk, Roland Berger, the City of Berlin, and a growing ecosystem of scale-ups, multinationals and institutions.

We operate across three units:

• BIA – AI and change programs for large organizations

• HelloCircle – Leadership development for scale-ups and multinationals

• Startup Hub – Publicly-funded startup programs

Independent and deliberately self-funded, built on product quality and client relationships.

We’re looking for a strategic Partnerships Manager to build the partnerships that grow both our brand and our business.

Tasks

This is a strategic role with a hands-on core. You’ll design and build our partnership model: raising our profile through brand partnerships and high-value events, and opening new business through multiplier partners and directly with the organizations we serve. You report directly to the founder and work closely with our Programs Director and the wider team.

• Develop our partnership model: define how we work with investors, consulting firms, innovation hubs, and agencies, and what a strong partnership looks like for each

• Secure high-impact brand partnerships with leading AI and tech companies that strengthen our position at the forefront of AI and transformation

• Create and produce high-value events with our partners, from concept and curation to delivery, that bring together senior leaders, technology, and ideas

• Build a network of multiplier partners who open doors to new clients and audiences

• Drive direct business with large organizations for BIA and with scale-ups for HelloCircle

• Lead negotiations and own partner relationships at senior level

• Measure the impact of our partnerships on brand and revenue, and refine the model as we grow

Requirements

You’re a strategic, commercially minded partnership builder with a sense for brand, who opens doors at senior level and turns them into lasting partnerships.

• 3–6 years in partnerships, business development, or brand partnerships, ideally at a tech company, agency, consultancy, or in the innovation and venture space

• A network in tech and innovation, and the ability to build relationships with senior decision-makers

• Experience building partnerships or brand collaborations, ideally including negotiating agreements or producing events

• A sense for brand and quality: you know what makes a partnership or an event truly high-value

• Genuine interest in technology, innovation, and transformation, with curiosity across industries rather than expertise tied to one

• Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution: as comfortable shaping a partnership model as producing an event

• Excellent, fully fluent English; German is a strong plus

• You know how to leverage AI tools like Claude to drive real impact

• You bring enthusiasm and energy to your work and are genuinely enjoyable to work with
