Part-Time Intern (Operations & Task Management)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive intern to assist with task tracking, communication, scheduling, and general administrative support. You will play a crucial role in helping us streamline operations by tracking developer progress, scheduling interviews, responding to emails, and following up with clients and the internal team.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

✅ Track developers' tasks and ensure timely updates (Trello/JIRA preferred)
✅ Manage emails – respond, organize, and notify the manager about important emails
✅ Schedule meetings, interviews, and follow-ups using Google Calendar
✅ Assist with basic recruitment tasks (resume screening, initial calls)
✅ Create documents, reports, and maintain data in Excel/Google Sheets
✅ Follow up with clients and internal teams for updates and deadlines
✅ Perform other administrative duties as assigned

🔹 Required Skills

✔️ Strong organizational and time-management skills
✔️ Good communication skills (written & verbal)
✔️ Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets, Docs, Trello, or JIRA (preferred)
✔️ Basic knowledge of email management (Gmail, Outlook)
✔️ Ability to work independently and follow instructions
✔️ Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

🔹 Preferred Qualifications

🎓 MCA / MBA / candidates preferred, but others are welcome to apply
📌 Prior experience in administrative or virtual assistant roles is a plus
