WE’RE HIRING: BARISTA

The Mill Lisbon is looking for an experienced barista to join our team in São Bento.

SCHEDULE Friday: 7:30 a.m.–3:30 p.m. Saturday–Sunday: 7:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m. Availability for all three days is preferred; candidates available on Saturday and Sunday only will also be considered.

Position available from October 9.

WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO: • Has previous barista experience • Has experience operating professional espresso equipment—we use a La Marzocco • Can prepare espresso-based drinks, steam milk consistently, and create latte art • Keeps the coffee station clean, organized, and well stocked • Is reliable, organized, and comfortable working in a busy brunch café • Is committed to the agreed weekly schedule • Is comfortable supporting front-of-house service and interacting with customers • Speaks English or Portuguese; speaking both is an advantage • Is legally eligible to work in Portugal • Brings a warm, customer-focused approach to hospitality

Barista training or certification is a plus but not required.
